Just a quick post.

This Saturday, will be our next lan party. Our newly decided name for it, is The Holy Warz. Aptly named so, since we are all ordained ministers. (Or should I say, ministerz..?)

We are thinking that we will actually get around 10 more more people this time. I dunno if there will be pics though, maybe someone will have a decent camera who shows up.

We are also borrowing the $3000 projector from school, mainly because we are The Big Crap Shoot copy cats. Hopefully, we won't break it.

I'm spent.

If Morrowind and Yoda were combined into a woman, I would have sex with it. Many, many times.

Once again, Morrowind is very, very cool.

I really do love the open-endedness of it. So many cool things that you can do.

Anywho, I thought I'd share with you, the uncaring audience, a few pictures of Zeb the Argonian, my loving Morrowind character.

Here, we see Zeb, wearing some light armor and holding a short enchanted sword that I bought. This is how he will look, untill I find a better short sword, or some other light armor that does the job better.


Here, we see Zeb, wearing some heavy shiny armor, and a long 2 handed sword. I just bought the stuff to take a screenshot of him using it. It looks cool on him, but I couldn't really play the game with him using this stuff, its just not his specialty. My little lizard friend is all about light armor and short sword, and stealing, and killing, and...I got carried away.


And finally, we see Zeb as a vampire. Yup, that's right, you can become a vampire in Morrowind. The way you normally become one, is when stumbling across a pack of vamps, they attack you, and theres a small chance you could get infected from their bite. So if you do get infected, you turn within 72 in-game hours. Then you get tons of stat bonuses and other things, depeding on which clan of vampire attacked you. (there are 3 types, a warrior type, a mage type, and a thief type) A downside to vampirism, is that your vulnerable to fire, and you take 5 pts of damage a second while in sunlight. Oh, and almost every NPC will shun you, maybe even attack you. But if you find the right people to hang with, and get your shit together, you can possibly get through the game as a vamp.


Zeb's not wearing any clothes or carrying any weapons at the time since his defense was better with no armor on and attack was stronger on hand to hand combat. By the way, I used a console cheat to get turned into a vamp, just to see what it was like. But don't worry, I didn't save. I might decide to go vamp hardcore, the right way, later on. Who knows, but that's part of the coolness.
