Yo.
I'm not gonna go to the Epicenter Lan this weekend. Partially cause my ride situation got a little fuzzy, and I also decided it might not be worth all the expenses that would be incurred.
I got the Spiderman DVD. It wasn't till after I ripped off all the security labels and plastic wrapping that I realized it was the Full Screen Edition. Meh, I guess I'll deal.
Chicago Mayhem went back to CS for its final days, so I guess I'll have to look elsewhere for a decent Natural Selection server. Although, I fear that the updating of server lists will be just about enough to break Plinko and get me unplugged from our home network.
Today was a half-day of school, which was very pleasant, quick, and painless.
I downloaded some Audioslave tunes. Its very much Rage Against the Machine music with Chris Cornell's voice. Take that for whatever its worth, but I like it.

My sleep schedule got all wack. I'm tired.
I had some Krispy Kreme's today. Not a bad donut.
I have been playing Natural Selection and me rikey a lot. I know that the marines get resources a lot quicker than they should, so I have spent a lot of time playing the alien side, trying to do my part to make up for the unfair advantage. I've read the manual, I've put in my time, and I think I've got my alien skillz down pretty well.
I just really like the game. Its like a real time strategy game, although every unit is an actual person playing. One match can take several hours, and it just really trips my trigger. Its limited graphically by the Half-Life engine of course, but at least it means my computer can run it well.
Now, I think I'm gonna go play on Chicago Mayhem a bit.
