Wednesday June 2nd 12-3 with Som
Thursday June 3rd 4-close with Nick
Friday June 4th 4-10 with Al, Emma, and Nick
Today I celebrated Memorial Day over at Adam's house. Rick, Lora, their kids Samantha and Ryan, Karl, Jake, Steve Scott, Ben, and Amanda were there. They grilled up some good food, which I enjoyed, even though it was cold when I got there. I also got my drinky on a bit. Then we sat around a watched random scenes from movies in Ben's dvd collection. A simplistic yet fun day. One of my best Memorial Day's, however that doesnt say much since I don't remember any of my previous Memorial Day outings.
I'm not feeling too good about my workplace currently. I'm pondering moving on, but I'm not sure what I want to do.
The big crap shoot is this upcoming weekend, and that should be fun. I want to play me some UT2k4, Battlefield: Vietnam, and Splinter Cell: Pandora Tomorrow Multiplayer.
I've been buying a fair amount of dvds lately. Terminator, Last Samurai, Bubba-Hotep, Wizards, Freaks and Geeks, Club Dread, and the Volume 1 of Invader Zim were all within the past couple weeks. The collection continues to grow, now I need to find a good dvd stand, since my 2 towering stacks of dvds aren't really the best way to show them off.
I had been playing a lot of FFXI, and I'd like to still be doing that, but I'm having a hard time getting a party together with my current level range, and its frustrating. I've pondered trying out City of Heroes, but the fact that the action combat system is all that the game really has, kinda puts me off. From what I've heard, there are no in-game distractions from the combat, and the big clincher for me, no real inventory or items to speak of, which scares me off, since I am a loot whore.
This has been far wordier than someone who complained about having nothing to post about should be saying. So I'll cut it off at that.
